30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Frames & vases: Must be unused, in original packaging, with no chips, cracks, or scratches.

  • Decorative items: Must be in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.

  • Due to the fragile nature of these items, returns are accepted only if the original packaging is undamaged.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
