Check product label – most glass and ceramic are hand‑wash only.

Q6: Are they indoor or outdoor?
Most are for indoor use unless labeled “weather‑resistant.”

Free standard shipping on orders $35+. Under $35 – flat $5.99.

1‑2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Q9: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes tracking.

Q10: Cancel or change order?
Contact us immediately while “processing.” Once “preparing for shipment,” not possible.

Q11: Ship outside USA?
No – only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO).

Q12: Broken item?
Photos within 48 hours – we will replace or refund.
